When you go inside the KL Mosaic, you will most likely think that you just step into a five-star hotel. The lobby has a couple of sofas and tables that serve as waiting rooms for guests. In addition, the lobby has a high ceiling with a grand chandelier hanging from it. If you want to impress your guests and relatives, then there is no better way than to live in the KL Mosaic.

First of all, right on the ground floor of the building are a couple of commercial services, like convenience stores, laundry services, and coffee shops. This means you do not need to go far for basic necessities.

If you are a health and fitness buff then you will feel right at home the moment you check out the wellness center of the condominium. In case you plan to work on building your muscles or on your cardio, there is a large and fully equipped gym inside the condominium. There is no need for you to spend money on expensive gym memberships. The gym also has several professional trainers so you will always have someone who will guide you on your fitness journey.

Now, if you do not feel like pumping iron or using any of the other gym equipment, you can head on over to the full-sized indoor pool of the KL Mosaic. The pool is actually large and deep enough that you can use it to train by taking a dozen or so laps so you can work on all of the major muscle groups and your cardiovascular fitness at the same time. You can also use the swimming pool to bond and relax with your family and friends during the summer.

If you just want to relax, there is a complete spa and wellness center just beside the pool area. Here, you can pamper yourself by getting a full body massage from professional masseuses, get a manicure or pedicure treatment, or all if you choose. The wellness center is truly a welcome sight, especially if you just came home from a particularly stressful day at work.

Security is probably the biggest concern of condo dwellers, but you don’t have to worry about this when you live in KL Mosaic. First of all, the building has its own team of trained security personnel. These people are responsible for keeping the residents safe and sound. They do so by screening everyone who walks into the building and patrolling inside the building at a regular basis. In addition, there are also dozens of CCTV cameras installed in the hallways and common areas. This means that if there are some things that the guards missed, you can be sure that the security cameras have them all on video.

Aside from security, there are smoke and fire detectors installed in all hallways, common areas, and in all residential units. All of them will immediately alert the nearby Fire Station about the emergency so they can respond as soon as they can. The building also has an efficient sprinkler system so minor fires can be put under control immediately.
